Owen Sound Dock Installation & Naylor Dock Experts

I had been researching dock systems for some time, ended up with more questions than answers. I gave Drew a call, he answered all my questions, met me onsite to clarify details and measure. Sent me a quote the next day, and we booked it. He arrived within the time frame he quoted, and installed the dock. He and his staff were polite and professional, and did a great job. I contacted them after I tried to do a diy fix to my Naylor dock lift. Drew responded quickly, helped me understand the problem and dispatched his team. Jimmy then contacted me, and was right on it, and got it fixed, notwithstanding having to do a couple of corrections of my previous work, haha.
Thank you for the quick response, especially after a diy, many contractors would have just hung up the phone or ghosted the email. Not these guys. Fast, and efficient. They know what they are doing.

Edgar docks was referred to us for the docking system they sell and install. Drew took the time to explain and show us the dock at his shop.
